Tabletop Pilates

Strength and Flexibility
The Tabletop Pilates (reformer) class strengthens the muscles through effective and gentle progressive exercises that promote strength and flexibility.
This method aims to improve posture and tone by working all of the body’s muscles, particularly the abdominal area muscles, and the muscles that support the spine, shoulders and pelvis. The intensity of the exercises is variable, since it depends on the resistance of the springs. Classes are offered in small groups of seven people for an effective and customized workout. Welcome in our new studios located in the Wilder Espace Danse!
No prerequisite.
The class will be transmitted in French.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take a drop-in class?
You can take a drop-in class at the cost mentionned above. To do so, please create your account on the online platform. The day of the class, check the number of spots available. However, it is not possible to book a drop-in class in advance. Registration will be done on site at the reception at the same time as payment. Your previously created account will facilitate the registration process. Participants who would like to register after taking this drop-in class will receive the same credit applied to their registration fee for the term.
Are drop-in classes available for the whole session?
Participants can take drop-in classes between session 1 and 11, with the last dance class (session 12) being a free observation class. As the learning pace increases during the session, participants taking drop-in classes need to be aware of the difficulties and risks associated to the cadence of the class. Depending on the progression of the session, it may be preferable to follow a class of lower level.
Do I need to create an account on the registration platform if I only take drop-in classes?
All participants must complete their account online.
