Angélyk Delisle-Hevey

Angélyk Delisle is a contemporary dance performer based in Tiohtiá:ke/Montreal. A graduate of the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal (EDCM), she has developed a practice rooted in physicality, precision, and attentiveness to movement. Her career has been marked by encounters with various choreographic languages through the work of numerous artists, including Victor Quijada, Alan Lake, Cai Glover, Virginie Brunelle, Igor Calonge, Darryl Tracy, and Pierre-Marc Ouellette.
In parallel with her training, Angélyk has participated in several professional projects, notably Révolution (seasons 3 and 4, and the 2022–2023 tour) as well as creations such as Charles-Alexis Desgagnés’ J’ai pleuré ce matin dans le métro.
Guided by a deep interest in the blend of physicality and sensitivity, Angélyk seeks to engage in endeavors that demand presence and bodily integrity. She continues her journey with a constant desire to collaborate with creators who push the boundaries of contemporary vocabulary.
