Regine Sénatus-Lange

Régine Sénatus-Lange discovered dance through a small neighborhood studio. She witnessed the breadth of possibilities offered by movement through classes in jazz, hip-hop, ballet, and contemporary dance. By becoming an ambassador for La Pléiade Danse, based in Lanaudière (Quebec, Canada), she allowed herself to consider the possibility of a professional career in dance through training at the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal.
It was through this training that she discovered different worlds and working methods that developed her versatility and adaptability, thanks in particular to the work of Margie Gillis, Virginie Brunelle, Victor Quijada, Alan Lake, Marie Chouinard, and many others. Régine is eager to push her mental, sensory, and emotional limits, and only her art allows her to do so. It is through this eagerness that she is constantly searching for new sensations and rich connections that allow her to perfect herself as a human being, but also as a dance artist.
