INITIATION TO CONTEMPORARY DANCE
// Imagination and movement //
Based on the principles of body expression and improvisation, this course is an introduction to contemporary dance. Beyond technical training, the notion of interpretation is deployed by the feelings and the imagination of the young dancer from 9 to 12 years old.
+ Youth Choreographic Creation
Following the Introduction to Contemporary Dance class, the Choreographic Creation course extension is designed to introduce participants to the choreographic process. Students will have the opportunity to gain teamwork skills and learn and develop choreography. They will participate in the creation process of a final piece that will be showcased at an informal end-of-session presentation. Highly recommended!

The class will be transmitted in French.
