PREPARATORY CLASS
// Preparatory Course for Professional Training // This intensive program is designed for dancers seeking to pursue professional training in contemporary dance. It offers structured training focused on the fundamentals of contemporary dance, combining technique, floor work, improvisation, and creative exploration.
Spanning 5 hours per week, this program provides practical tools for transitioning to a professional school by developing discipline, endurance, body awareness, and autonomy in movement within a demanding and stimulating environment.
