// Well-being // This well-being-focused class offers a gentle approach to movement designed to improve mobility and flexibility, while promoting physical relaxation and the release of tension. Through accessible exercises, progressive stretches, and joint mobilizations, participants develop a greater range of motion, allowing them to feel fully present in their bodies.
In a calm and soothing atmosphere, this session allows you to refocus, breathe deeply, and rediscover a sense of comfort, fluidity, and balance in your body.

Welcome to our studios at the Wilder-Espace Danse building, right in the heart of downtown!
