RECREATIONAL CLASSES
Contemporary Floorwork
Fluidity & Balance // Our contemporary floorwork classes focus on a key element of contemporary dance found across many styles: movements close to the ground and transitions to and from the floor. This class enhances movement fluidity, builds balance, core strength, and adaptability while engaging the entire body in a balanced way.
Practice and repetition, as well as feedback from the teacher, enable gradual integration of the targeted objectives. Memorization of choreographic excerpts enables students to put into practice the techniques taught, without aiming for a final performance.
Discover new ways to unleash your talent and stay fit through contemporary dance. The École de danse contemporaine de Montréal offers a stimulating learning environment and access the expertise of trained professional - all in our studios located in the heart of downtown Montréal, in the Édifice Wilder-Espace Danse.
Classes are transmitted in French.
