CONTEMPORARY FLOORWORK

// Movement and Gravity // Contemporary floor classes explore movement through contact with the floor, fluid transitions, and working with the body in relation to gravity. Through technical exercises and choreographed sequences, participants develop their mobility, coordination, strength, and ease of movement close to the floor.

This approach allows you to explore a new relationship with your body and balance in a dynamic, joyful, and inclusive atmosphere. Inspiring classes led by passionate professionals await you, inviting you to move differently and discover the full richness of floor-based movement.

Discover new ways to unleash your talent and stay fit through contemporary dance. The École de danse contemporaine de Montréal offers a stimulating learning environment and access the expertise of trained professional - all in our studios located in the heart of downtown Montréal, in the Édifice Wilder-Espace Danse.

Classes are transmitted in French.
